Last week’s winter storms, unofficially named by the Weather Channel as Uri and Viola, have impacted our clients with a substantial increase in claim volume. As areas across the United States begin to thaw and recover from last week’s inclement weather, FileTrac has prepared our customer support personnel to assist you, your customers and your adjusters in managing claims from this event.
It is FileTrac’s policy that anytime a major storm impacts a large area of the United States, we will temporarily suspend all product and system updates. This pause ensures that all resources are directed to supporting our customers with account setup and training, continuous monitoring of FileTrac’s system integrity and providing any assistance as needed… we are here to help. As the volume of incoming claims begins to subside, we will evaluate the impact of the storm and determine a schedule for re-engaging in planned product updates and system updates.
